Themis Capital is an active investment company focused on concentrating capital, talent and effort on a select number of long-term investments in companies that will benefit from Africa’s demographic trends. We partner with management teams to invest into and grow domestic and regional champions.

Fola has lived and worked in Sub-Saharan Africa’s most important economies. Fola most recently worked with the global investment firm, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, where his focus was on private equity opportunities in Africa. His experience also includes time at Ocean and Oil Holdings, a principal investment firm based in Nigeria and eight years at Standard Bank, five of which were spent leading the mergers and acquisitions advisory business in Nigeria.

Mr. Biobaku graduated with a M.Eng in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.

Peter recently moved to San Diego to run Terra Education, an educational travel company that he co-founded. Peter’s entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg. Peter supports Themis Capital with his invaluable hands-on experience in Nigeria and Africa both as a manager and investor.
